1. All-in
   I ask that you sit in a quiet space and ask yourself if you are truly ready to prioritise your growth. You will find in me your greatest advocate and believer. But if I want your progress and your results more than you do, then we will both agree that either the timing isn't right, or that I am not the right coach for you. Your level of commitment needs to be exemplary. You are the content. Your life is the work. There is no hedging, no coasting, and no refund.
    

2. Your Coaching time is EXACT
   When we do have a time agreed for a session, except for illness or family emergency, I request that you honour this day and time exactly. This means showing up not one minute late. This process sounds rigid; however, it is about being your word to you. You have been in the habit of breaking your word to you. This is about practising integrity, and it is about practising presence.
    

3. Clearing
   Clearing is about restoring integrity. When you are not being your word to yourself and others, inner integrity needs to be restored. The justifications and rationalisations we tell are an avoidance of responsibility. If at any time during coaching, you break your word, regardless of whether it is to me or others, it will always be considered your broken word to you. Clearing, is about having absolutely no story around it. Clearing happens before anything else and looks like this:

   2. What was missing was _____________________ 
   3. What you can count on me for is _____________________
    

4. Renegotiating
   If renegotiation of an agreement is required, then I ask that you do so promptly with as much notice as you can and without apology. Simply acknowledge you need to renegotiate an agreement. Social grease isn't necessary. We learn to speak adult to adult, creator to creator. If this happens a few times, the issue isn't about renegotiating a time, it is about honouring agreements.
    

5. Honest, Open and Willing
   You give me permission to challenge you. I set a strong container to help my clients grow into the best version of themselves. This requires radical honesty, personal responsibility, and voluntary accountability. There is no power struggle here. Only a commitment to being in the seat of the creator. I am on the same journey as you are. If you're up for this, we will create miracles. If not, this is probably not for you.
